The firm was founded in 1922 by the lawyer Ettore Campanini,a loyal professional, esteemed and appreciated by all those who have known him also as an opponent.
Ettore was born in 1898, he actively participated in the First World War (the Great War), in 1923 he graduated in law at the University of Bologna,he also participated in the Second World War by enlisting in the Carabinieri, in 1970 he was awarded the honor of Knight of Vittorio Veneto, in1974 he received the gold medal for the 50 years of forensic profession.
In 1959, his son Renzo Campanini joined his father and highly specializes in civil law, also becoming a loyal, esteemed and appreciated lawyer known from the entire reggiano forensic world and beyond. He held the position of Regional President of Emilia Romagna and the Province of Reggio Emilia of Italia Nostra for several years, committed part of his long career to the protection of the environment and thanks to his foresight and deep culture he was able to personally relate to high-profile and national and international figures who belonged to various disciplines such as Ludovico Geymonnat, one of the greatest philosophers of the twentieth century , Renzo Piano, one of the greatest architects of the 20th and 21st centuries, Antonio Cederna, intellectual, journalist and environmentalist, Giorgio Bassani, writer and poet and founder of Italia Nostra in 1965, Paolo Ravenna, lawyer, writer, researcher and environmentalist, Umberto Ambrosoli, lawyer and essayist son of the lawyer Giorgio Ambrosoli murdered in 1979 by a hitman by Michele Sindona, to name but a few. This has in fact contributed to enriching the cultural and professional heritage of the Firm.
In 1998 the Commercial Law Firm Campanini was established together with his son Giovanni, an accountant registered in the Register since 1996 and expert in bankruptcy law, official auditor of the accounts registered in the National Register, Liquidator Commissioner registered in the appropriate Register at the Ministry of Economic Development. Giovanni also takes on the status of professional mediator. The Firm currently deals with insolvency procedures, provides consultancy and collaborates with other professional firms both at local and interprovincial and interregional level, providing them with valid technical and practical support. Advice is also issued in various tax, administrative, real estate and credit recovery sectors. He remains in collaboration with the Court of Reggio Emilia as Office Technical Consultant, Professional Delegate in executive procedures and Curator. Finally, the activity of auditor is carried out on an ongoing basis. Since 2012 Giovanni has been the owner of the Firm.
